Complaint Procedure
If you are dissatisfied with the manner or quality of legal assistance provided to you by an office, you may file a written complaint stating your reasons with the managing attorney of the office that served you. You may ask for a copy of the complaint form found in the policy manual or simply write your complaint on a piece of paper. If you have difficulty in writing due to a disability or for any other reason, you may ask for assistance in preparing the written complaint. The managing attorney will investigate and review your complaint and will inform you of the result in writing. If you are not satisfied with the written response that you receive from the managing attorney, or if your complaint is against the managing attorney, you may file a similar complaint with the executive director at the following address: Executive Director, Oregon Law Center, 522 SW Fifth Avenue #812, Portland OR 97204.
