Our Funding

Oregon Law Center receives revenue from a variety of sources, including state court filing fees, Interest on Lawyers’ Trust Accounts (IOLTA), the Lawyers’ Campaign for Equal Justice (CEJ), federal and state grants, private foundations, and attorneys’ fees.  Oregon Law Center does not receive funding from the federal Legal Services Corporation.

Statewide Funding for Legal Aid  

Oregon Law Center is part of a coordinated statewide civil legal aid system.  The chart below shows funding for all three legal aid programs in Oregon.  The programs receive revenue from over 80 different sources, including state, federal, and private funding.  In 2018, the statewide funding was about $17 million.
