The Oregon Law Center receives revenue from a variety of sources including state court filing fees, Interest On Lawyers’ Trust Accounts (IOLTA), The Lawyers’ Campaign for Equal Justice, federal, state and foundation grants and attorney fees awarded against opposing parties. The Oregon Law Center does not receive funding from the federal Legal Services Corporation. The most recent Form 990 filed with IRS is available.
Statewide Funding for Legal Aid
Oregon Law Center is part of a coordinated statewide system and this chart shows statewide funding. Oregon’s four legal aid programs manage over 80 different sources of funding and have different fiscal years. Available funding during 2014 was about $15.5 million.
