Our Funding

The Oregon Law Center receives revenue from a variety of sources including state court filing fees, Interest On Lawyers’ Trust Accounts (IOLTA), The Lawyers’ Campaign for Equal Justice, federal, state and foundation grants and attorney fees awarded against opposing parties. The Oregon Law Center does not receive funding from the federal Legal Services Corporation. The most recent Form 2016 990 Final Copy filed with IRS is available.

Statewide Funding for Legal Aid  

Oregon Law Center is part of a coordinated statewide system and this chart shows statewide funding for all three legal aid programs in Oregon. These programs receive revenue from many different sources including state, federal, and private funding. In 2016 the statewide funding was about $16 million.
