For Veterans living in Oregon who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, we’re available to assist with:

• Housing issues, such as eviction defense or landlord-tenant and foreclosure cases
  
  
• Family law, such as child support, child custody, and divorce
  
  
• Income support, including obtaining public benefits
  
  
• Criminal defense in matters symptomatic of homelessness, such as fines, driver’s license revocation or expunging or sealing a criminal record
  
  
• Protective orders and other legal matters related to domestic or intimate partner violence
  
  
• Other issues such as access to health care or employment law
