Como resultado, es dif\u00edcil saber cu\u00e1les beneficios p\u00fablicos ser\u00e1n considerados por funcionarios de inmigraci\u00f3n al revisar una solicitud de residencia permanente (tarjeta verde) en el futuro.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong><strong>Por ahora, la norma de carga p\u00fablica no ha cambiado y sigue vigente. Es la misma regla promulgada durante la administraci\u00f3n de Biden. Esto significa que los alimentos (como SNAP y WIC), asistencia de vivienda, y la mayor\u00eda de los beneficios de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, incluyendo los beneficios del Plan de Salud de Oreg\u00f3n para ni\u00f1os y adultos (Healthier Oregon y Cover all Kids), <u>no<\/u> se consideran en una prueba de carga p\u00fablica.<br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/strong><\/li><li>Cada inmigrante tendr\u00e1 que decidir qu\u00e9 es lo mejor para s\u00ed mismo y para su familia. Una cosa a tener en cuenta es que si actualmente est\u00e1 recibiendo beneficios p\u00fablicos.
