La oficina de la administraci\u00f3n estatal de OLC es responsible para trabajar con la junta directiva para mantener un programa estable que eficientemente e eficazmente atiende a clients por todo el estado conforme con las Normas y Directrices del Estado de Oregon Servicios Jur\u00eddicos y las Normas de la Asociaci\u00f3n de la Barra de Abogados Americanos para la Provisi\u00f3n Civil de Ayuda Legal. La oficina administrativa proporciona planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gico, prioridades de abogac\u00eda, apoyo de la junta directiva, las pol\u00edticas, recursos humanos, contabilidad, cronometraje, n\u00f3minas, programas de jubilaci\u00f3n, beneficios m\u00e9dicos, seguros, bancaria, conformidad de subvenci\u00f3n, contractos, arrendamiento, tecnolog\u00eda, equipo y similar servicios de administrati\u00f3n. Es responsable por trabajar en colaboraci\u00f3n con los socios de la comunidad para aplicar la misi\u00f3n y las normas. Como una organizaci\u00f3n ben\u00e9fico que ofrece servicios profesionales gratis a clientes de bajos ingresos, OLC intenta maximizar el n\u00famero de posiciones que dan servicios a los clientes a trav\u00e9s de oficinas ubicadas en diez comunidades por todo el estado, mientras reteniendo los seis posiciones administrativos que son necesarios para mantener una organizaci\u00f3n estable.<\/p>
