La Unidad de Apoyo Estatal consiste en siete abogados y un asistente legal con experiencia que trabajan en colaboraci\u00f3n con los abogados de las oficinas regionales en todo el estado de Oregon. Ellos asisten, en con junto con otros abogados, en casos importantes, responden a las preguntas de los abogados, crean tribunales ficticios y proveen los servicios legales de m\u00e1s alta calidad. Tambi\u00e9n proporcionan el plan de estudios b\u00e1sico de capacitaci\u00f3n para abogados de servicios legales en el estado de Oregon: educaci\u00f3n para los nuevos abogados, entrenamiento y pr\u00e1ctica de juicio, practica y entrenamiento de la moci\u00f3n, pr\u00e1ctica de descubrimiento, as\u00ed como coordinar grupos de trabajo a nivel estatal para compartir informaci\u00f3n especializada en las leyes de pobreza. Tambi\u00e9n crean y distribuyen videos de capacitaci\u00f3n sobre una variedad de temas de pr\u00e1ctica legal.
